Carly Rogers, Aesthetic RN, is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. She has been an RN for nine years, with the past five years specializing in medical aesthetics. She has completed advanced training with Galderma and Allergan and is experienced in a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser skin rejuvenation, microneedling, and other advanced procedures.
Known for her gentle approach and attention to detail, Carly combines her strong clinical background with an artistic eye to deliver safe, natural-looking, and personalized results. She believes that building trust and helping patients feel at ease in her chair is just as important as the treatment itself. She is committed to ongoing education and staying current with the latest techniques to provide the highest standard of care for beautiful, confidence-boosting results. -

A natural people-person with a love for the beauty industry, Justin brings enthusiasm, warmth, and steady positivity to his role at Esthetic | Portland Med Spa. When he’s not working, he’s likely running, learning a new skill, or enjoying life as a proud dog dad. His goal is always to make clients feel supported, confident, and cared for. -
